My approach focuses on enhancing clients’ creativity – that mysterious process where new solutions, approaches and innovations emerge. The International Coaching Federation states that "people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole." I take that very seriously.
While coaching is very practical, at its best it is also “spiritual” in nature. (That means it engages our deepest values, a sense of being part of something greater than ourselves, and a focus on service to others.) One client recently clarified her sense of purpose by developing this summary: "I'm here to make beautiful things that connect with people's hearts."
Spirituality encompasses courage, creativity, compassion and service. It’s the foundation of meaning and purpose. I'm committed to all of those for myself and for my clients. I'd love to help you make those connections real.
